He has a stellar track record of delivering business results working with CXOs and Boards. He recently led a Turnaround engagement for a Publicly listed IT services company resulting in doubling of operating margins and strategic sale for the Promoter. The other side to Arun's persona is the Composer & Singer. He has several albums, songs, background scores and ad jingles to his name. His work has won him recognition at various international short films and music awards. Arun is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta.
Sharad Seth - Partner, Digital Solutions
Sharad has over 18 years of Industry experience including 2 startups where he served as Co-Founder and CTO. Prior to turning entrepreneur, Sharad worked with Oracle, Microsoft and Motorola in India and USA. Sharad has deep expertise in web and mobile development across domains. At Onspon he built a scalable sponsorship marketplace that helped matched brands and marketing sponsors with opportunities. As a startup advisor he has been building solutions in FinTech, Ed Tech and has led multiple technology development initiatives across various geographies. Sharad obtained his MBA from IIM Bengaluru and B. Tech (hons) from IIT-BHU.

He has prior experience includes Johnson Tiles, IL&FS, Future group & Payback (India) in different roles. He has a proven ability to positively improve operations, maximise profits through actions in finance management, cost reductions, internal control & productivity improvement. Seemant is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ravi has more than 20 years of work experience as an Enterprise Architect. His expertise includes complete life-cycle IT solutions in delivery, large scale program management, architecture driving business goals, methodologies, processes, tools, strategy and transformation in multi cultural/vendor/geographical environments, SOA, defining prescriptive IT principles and standards enabling enterprise agility. He has established professional practice lines in service, integration architecture and managed client relations, delivery, conceived and built new business models. His assignments include IBM, Sun Microsystems, American Express, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Ruwido Germany.
